Well today is Mothers Day or Mothering Sunday as it is often called. We will know doubt be getting visits from the children. Yes, even though they are grown adults they will always remain our children. Personally I think this day should be remembered rather than personal birthdays excepting that our birthdays are actually anniversaries of what our mothers went through giving us birth. When it is our birthday we tend to forget that important fact and really it our mothers who should receive the little gifts we might otherwise get. E will enjoy the day and rightly so. I wish I could celebrate it with her but my heart is drawn to events that happened last year which kept us not on speaking terms and mentioned in a post on 20th November. The same situation has happened again and we have not spoken for more than three weeks, last year it was four months! She can be so nice at times and at other times quite horrid to me and never apologizes. It breaks my heart for I love her dearly, however it keeps us apart until such times I give in to her. She is already forgiven but she makes it difficult to heal the rift. A lesson unlearned remains so and the circle remains intact. Life under these terms is quite unbearable. I have lost all interest at the moment to do anything at home and all projects are on hold. Perhaps I have got it wrong but my heart just isn’t in it. Hopefully this situation will not remain for too long, I will post any changes. Such is life.
